She represents clients in all manner of contentious and non-contentious probate matters. As an outstanding trial advocate, she is often instructed in matters which require robust cross examination and a no nonsense approach. The other side of her practice is property and affairs Court of Protection. Fay’s COP practice is thriving. She represents clients, particularly professional deputies, in the most complex of cases. Her case load includes statutory will and gifting applications together with matters concerning the day to day administration of P’s estate. Because of her chancery practice, she is often instructed to advise deputies on civil disputes affecting P’s property.
