Stephania Denton

Stephania Denton focuses her practice on complex insurance disputes. She has more than 30 years of experience advising insurers and litigating cases involving every type of policy, from commercial liability to first-party property to ERISA-governed plans.

Stephania provides sound practical advice to her insurer clients while creatively and aggressively exploring avenues to protect her clients’ interests. She has successfully argued before the Washington State Supreme Court, as well as state and federal trial and appellate courts, and handles coverage and bad faith litigation in Washington, Oregon, and numerous other jurisdictions.
