Stefano Micheli

Partner Stefano Micheli specialises in corporate law, with focus on M&A of listed and non-listed companies in Italy and abroad, acquisition and sale of BUs, JVs, leveraged buyouts and governance issues, private equity. He also focuses on insurance law, advising on extraordinary transactions involving insurers and insurance intermediaries, regulatory issues, product structuring and relations with the supervisory authorities. He is leader of the Insurance Focus Team and member of the Luxury and Private Equity Focus Teams.
