Partner, Massimiliano Danusso specialises in banking and finance with particular focus on capital markets, corporate finance operations, credit-linked notes and derivatives, bond offerings, covered bonds and securitisations. He also provides advice to financial institutions on highly complex derivative and financial litigation, both civil and criminal.

He is Team Leader of the Debt Capital Markets Focus Team and member of the Banks and Insurance Focus Teams. He is Chairman of the firm since 2024, Board member since 2021 and Managing Partner of the London office.
