Partner, Francesco Anglani specialises in competition/antitrust law and EU law, with particular focus on corporate compliance and antitrust advice relating to the various distribution systems in Italy and abroad, preliminary proceedings for breach of regulations on restrictive practices and abuse of dominant position, representing and advising clients before European and national courts and authorities.

He is Team Leader of the Luxury Focus Team and a member of the Sports Law and Shipping, Transport & Logistics Focus Teams, as well as the Competition Litigation Task Force.
