Career
He is specialised in litigation (national courts and cross-border disputes), domestic and international arbitration (also acting as arbitrator) and ADR, often closely cooperating with other departments of the Firm.
He has accrued a relevant expertise by assisting and representing Italian and foreign clients (individuals and companies), in the out-of-court and judicial phases, particularly in relation to dispute resolution concerning civil law, commercial law, corporate law, conflict of laws, inheritance law and trust law. In these fields he also provides assistance in the negotiation and drafting of contracts.
Graduated at the University of Turin in 2004, Stefano was admitted to the Bar Association in 2007. He then focused on the international area, attending in 2007 the International Trade Law Post-Graduate Course at the International Training Centre of ILO (serving as scientific tutor in 2008), being granted the Lifelong learning programme Leonardo da Vinci-Irnerius scholarship in 2011, which allowed him to work for one year in a law firm in Spain, and earning with distinction a LL.M. in International Commercial and Business Law at King’s College London in 2012.
