Stan Beck has been involved in many of the major construction projects in the Pacific Northwest and has served in contracting and dispute roles in national and international projects. He is nationally recognized for his experience in construction litigation. He devotes his practice to an array of complex contract and litigation matters with a focus on construction and products, the latter usually concerning automobiles or firearms.
Stan advises on all aspects affecting the construction industry for a diverse array of clients, including:

- Insurers;

- Product manufacturers; and
- Professional organizations and societies.
Stan also has distinct experience in the motor sports industry with a background in racing and collecting, and as a consultant for numerous teams, manufacturers, and sponsors. He provides tailored advice and contract services to discerning clients with the purchase and sale of special vehicles.
In addition to providing industry-specific legal advice, Stan regularly:
- Prepares contracts for automobile purchases and for racing and other industry-related events,
- Drafts sponsorship agreements, driver agreements and disclaimers, and
- Contracts with designers, suppliers, regulatory agencies and/or sanctioning bodies, and vendors of automotive components.
