Stacy's practice encompasses all areas of government contracting, with a focus on matters of compliance, investigations and disclosure obligations, transactional due diligence, and bid protest litigation. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, Stacy gained insight into the industry while working as in-house counsel for a major defense contractor and a commercial subsidiary with sales to the federal government. In her role, she supported the business by assisting with matters of compliance, ethics, and litigation. Stacy also clerked with the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals where she assisted with government contract claims and alternative dispute resolution.
