Stacey is certified as an arbitrator by both the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She served as law clerk to the Solicitor General of the United States and to the Hon. George H. Revercomb of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
