Megan Thompson

Megan E. Thompson is a partner in Herrick's Real Estate and Corporate Departments where she focuses her practice on commercial lending transactions, real estate finance and financial services. Megan has significant experience advising financial institutions in a wide variety of loan transactions, including secured and unsecured loan transactions, asset-based financings, syndicated financings, acquisition financings, mezzanine loans and intercreditor agreements, leveraged financings and sponsor financings as well as distressed loans. She also represents leading lenders in recurring monthly revenue (RMR) loans in the home security and medical monitoring industries.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Megan was a Certified Public Accountant and served as senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she focused her worked on SEC audit engagements.
