Megan’s practice spans a full spectrum of commercial finance, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, asset-based financings, syndicated and multi-lender financings, acquisition financings, mezzanine loans, intercreditor agreements, leveraged and sponsor-backed financings, as well as distressed loans. She regularly advises leading lenders on recurring monthly revenue (RMR) loans particular to the home security and medical monitoring industries.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Megan was a Certified Public Accountant and focused her worked on SEC audit engagements as a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
