Practice Areas
Stacey McEvoy focuses her practice on corporate transactional and commercial matters. She has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations, dispositions and divestitures, formation of joint ventures, partnership and strategic alliances, private equity transactions, commercial contracting arrangements, and REITs.
Her work with clients has helped Stacey develop her expansive knowledge of a diverse range of industries, including real estate, aerospace and defense, government, and diversified industrials.
Personal
Stacey is a member of the advisory board for the nonprofit Children's Law Center, where she also serves as an advocate. In addition, her commitment to give back to her community has led her to serve as a project leader for the firm's partnership with the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network.
