Stacey McEvoy

Stacey McEvoy focuses her practice on corporate transactional and commercial matters. She has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations, dispositions and divestitures, formation of joint ventures, partnership and strategic alliances, private equity transactions, commercial contracting arrangements, and REITs.
