Sofía finalized law school at Universidad Anáhuac in 2016, Where she graduated with the degree thesis titled "Approach to the Figure of Apellations of Origin in Light of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)" with a pre-specialty in corporate law and a diploma in business leadership and has attended several courses such as the I Congress of International Economic Law.
In addition, she obtained her Master of Laws in Intellectual Property (LL.M.) from Turin University in Italy in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization, in 2020, and successfully completed the Harvard Law School CopyrightX course, in 2023.
