Skip Durocher's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on the defense of consumer class actions against financial services companies under the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and state unfair practices statutes. He has also handled a wide variety of other complex litigation, including minority shareholder disputes, insurance coverage, business torts, and federal Indian law. Skip is Co-Chair of Dorsey's Indian Law Practice Group.
