Known for her no nonsense, practical approach and ability to take on any matter large or small, Jaime guides clients through complex, high-stakes litigation, including antitrust, trust and estates, and healthcare-related issues.
Jaime’s practice focuses on complex, high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Jaime’s experience spans a variety of subjects, including state and federal antitrust cases, complex trust and estates litigation, breach of contract disputes, and shareholder disputes in the closely held business context. While her practice includes a focus on the healthcare industry, Jaime also has significant experience in technology and manufacturing disputes.
Jaime has extensive experience in antitrust litigation under the Sherman Act and analogous state laws, as well as experience representing clients in complex class action cases involving federal securities laws, ERISA, RICO, and consumer protection laws.
Jaime currently co-chairs Dorsey’s commercial litigation practice group. Jaime is also deeply committed to pro bono and community service, maintaining a robust pro bono practice representing clients in immigration matters.
