The project was the largest local Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project of a government, which was later disputed due to significant changes in the project implementation environment. An investment company faced the extreme risk of being directly claimed for hundreds of millions of dollars in a matter of days due to a "pay-on-demand" bond issued by the company. Mr. Lai assisted his client to resolve the compensation risk and assisted the client to negotiate with the counterparty in a fair manner, which eventually led to a proper resolution of the dispute.

[Dispute between a real estate development enterprise and a construction enterprise over a construction project construction contract]

[Case concerning a dispute between a multinational enterprise and a construction enterprise over a construction project construction contract]

A multinational enterprise had a dispute with a construction company over matters related to the construction of a construction project, and the funds in its bank account were frozen by the construction company, resulting in damage to its bank credit and corporate reputation. Siqi was entrusted by a fund company to deal with the arbitration case of the dispute of equity transfer agreement between the company and the related enterprises.
