Work Highlights

(I) Representative Non-Litigation Achievements

Advised a Chongqing pharmaceutical enterprise on cross-region acquisitions of domestic and foreign-funded pharmaceutical companies, delivering a cost-optimized expansion plan to create new business growth drivers.

Provided legal services for a Chongqing investment group’s RMB 35 billion phased private placement of debt financing instruments in China’s interbank market, with tailored asset integration and guarantee structures to secure funding for local economic development.

(II) Representative Litigation Achievements

Represented two Chongqing enterprises in administrative litigation against a district government, reversing unfavorable outcomes of an investment project by switching from civil to administrative dispute resolution and upholding the government’s legitimate rights.

Resolved a project transfer contract dispute for a Chongqing hotel management company via settlement, maximizing the client’s interests despite insufficient contractual terms and evidence.

Secured an acquittal for Mr. Zhang in a high-stakes contract fraud case after multiple proceedings including investigation, prosecution, trials and retrials.

Defended Mr. Zhang in a loan fraud case over 5 years, resulting in the procuratorate withdrawing the prosecution and issuing a non-prosecution decision.
