Career

Zhang Shiqiang, the Deputy Director and Senior Partner of the Firm, an Arbitrator of Chongqing Arbitration Commission (from the Panel of Chief Arbitrators), an External Director of Chongqing Communications & Transportation Group Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Logistics Group Co., Ltd.

Zhang Shiqiang obtained his lawyer's qualification in August 1996 and commenced his career as a full-time lawyer in August 1997. In February 2000, he acquired the qualification to practice as a securities lawyer, jointly issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. He has successively been awarded the honorary titles of Chongqing's Outstanding Legal Counsel of 2016 and Chongqing's Outstanding Legal Counsel of 2018. A case handled by him was shortlisted for the Classic Commercial Litigation Cases of Chongqing in 2020, and he won the Top 10 Agency Briefs Award at the first Chongqing Lawyers Awards in 2023.
