Simone Barnaba is a partner in Eversheds Sutherland and Co-Head of the Italian Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Department.

Simone has over 20 years of experience representing multinationals and other major clients in complex civil and commercial litigation, at the trial and appellate levels, including bankruptcy, contract, corporate, unfair competition and other business torts litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Simone advises clients on a wide variety of bankruptcy and insolvency matters.

He has represented clients in diverse industries, including oil and gas, pharmaceutical and life science, and financial services.
