Pasquale Bifulco

Pasquale Bifulco is a partner with Studio Legale Associato Shearman & Sterling LLP in the Finance practice based in the Milan Office.

He has a wide and extensive experience in banking & finance and restructuring and represents primary international and domestic financial institutions, banks, corporates, private equity and private debt funds in relation to a wide range of lending and finance transactions, including leveraged & acquisition financings, unitranche financings, syndicated loans, investment grade financings, corporate lending, ESG & sustainability-linked loans, as well as debt restructuring & reorganization and special situations.
