Benedetta Amisano is partner in Eversheds Sutherland and Head of the firm’s Real Estate department in Milan and she has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate, retail, hotels and leisure, and corporate law.

She advises a wide range of international and domestic clients, on a variety of real estate sector projects and transactions across all major real asset classes, including developers, banks and listed companies interested in enhancing the value of their real estate portfolio in Italy.

In addition, Benedetta advises on the acquisition of real estate assets, with particular reference to the related warranties, the evaluation negotiation and termination of joint venture contracts, tenders, asset management and property management agreements related to the development of real estate projects.

Benedetta is a regular presenter and contributor at Real Estate’s seminars and workshops and she frequently writes articles for major institutional newspapers.

Benedetta is vice president of AREL, Association of Real Estate Ladies, of which she was a founding member.

She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1998.
