Simon Salzedo KC is a leading commercial advocate. He is ranked in Band 1 by Chambers & Partners in three categories: Commercial Dispute Resolution, Chancery: Commercial and Professional Negligence. Simon is author of the leading practitioner works in three areas: Fraud and Breach of Warranty; Conflicts of Interest and Accountants’ Negligence and Liability. All of these have been cited with approval in the Courts. Simon is a Deputy High Court Judge authorised to sit in the Commercial Court and the Chancery Division. At Lincoln’s Inn, he is a Bencher and an advocacy tutor. He is a Director of Bar Mutual Indemnity Fund Limited.
