Simon Ball

Simon is a leading planning and environment specialist with extensive experience advising on, and guiding clients to obtain their licence to operate and then advising them on protecting it as their project develops.

In doing this he advises on environment and planning approvals (both State and Federal), water licence, compulsory acquisitions, native title agreements and mining laws. Simon does front and back end work.

Having worked as both an engineer and lawyer, and both for Government and in private practice, Simon provides legal advice with a strong practical and commercial focus.
