Nicole Gordon

Nicole has a well-rounded practice and deep understanding of the taxation issues her clients face. Nicole specialises in advising private clients and not-for–profit organisations. Although she advises on all aspects of tax, she has a particular interest in the taxation of trusts and managing complex tax disputes.

Nicole is passionate about her work with charities and not-for-profits. In this area, she helps health, medical research, education, indigenous, environment and social welfare bodies deal with various taxation, governance and regulatory issues. Nicole assists with the establishment of not for-profit organisations; advises on organisational structure; prepares tailored governance documents; advises on applying for charity registration and tax concessions; and deals with regulatory and tax compliance issues.
