Beverly is frequently sought for her advice on shareholder disputes and on issues stemming from contracts for the supply of goods and services, with a particular emphasis on IT services.
Her expertise notably extends to cross-border transactions and includes a deep understanding of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods as it applies to international supply contracts. Beverly's experience is enriched by a significant number of cross-border disputes, including international arbitrations, which is underpinned by several years of working with one of the top-five global law firms in London.
She is a prominent figure in the legal community, serving on the board of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). Beverly is also a recognised author, being the co-author of the Australian chapters of the Practical Law Class/Collective Actions Global Guide and the Australian contributor to a recent global guide on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
