Simen Lium

Simen Lium is a partner in Wikborg Rein and specialises in employment law. He advises Norwegian and international clients across the private and public sectors on a broad range of employment, contract and pension law matters, as well as dispute resolution. He has extensive experience with negotiations, litigation before the ordinary courts and arbitration. In spring 2026, Lium submitted his PhD thesis, "Termination agreements in employment relationships", at the University of Oslo, following several years of academic research in employment law. He is also co-author of the book "Pensjon – en innføring".
