Preben Milde Thorbjørnsen is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the Competition and Procurement law practice. Thorbjørnsen has extensive experience from working with large and complex competition cases, both as a public servant with the Norwegian Competition Authority and as a lawyer. Preben has acted as lead associate on many of the biggest infringement cases in Norway the last couple of years and notifies regularly mergers to relevant competition authorities. He is also regularly involved in competition compliance audits and advices some of the biggest companies in Norway on their day-to-day competition law issues.
