Hanne has broad expertise within the field of compliance, with particular focus on cross-border investigations, international dispute resolution, corporate criminal liability, sanctions, anti-corruption work and human rights and responsible business. She is a well-rounded lawyer who works on a range of matters for big corporate clients – the common denominators are complexity and international focus.
Hanne works with clients across different sectors including, most notably, industry conglomerates, companies in the telecoms and renewables sectors and financial institutions. Hanne also has experience working as Chief Compliance Officer at a Norwegian listed company focusing on renewable energy.
Hanne is a member of the Norwegian Law Society's Ethics Committee.
Before joining Wikborg Rein, Hanne worked at a large, international law firm with headquarters in London, specialising in corporate compliance and regulatory investigations. In addition to her Norwegian legal qualification, she is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales.
