There is a growing awareness among employees and companies of the various rights and obligations in employment relationships. This does not only relate to termination and dismissals, but also discussions on employee benefits, holiday entitlement, working hours, bonus and incentive schemes.
We have long experience related to preparation of employment contracts, termination agreements and various issues related to employment terms and conditions. We often advise on issues related to warnings as well as amendment and termination of employment relationships. We regularly assist both in individual dismissals and larger redundancy processes.
Even with good work invested in the preparation of agreements, disputes will from time to time arise within employment law. We have long experience in handling such disputes, both through negotiations and before the courts.
