Sigfrido graduated at the top of his class at the Universidad Católica de Asunción and is also a graduate of Harvard Law School (LL.M, 2001). He is admitted to practice law in New York, Spain, and Paraguay.

He speaks and writes Spanish and English fluently, and intermediate German.
