• Banco Itaú Paraguay S.A. and Itaú Invest, in the corporate bond issuance of Telecel S.A.E. amounting to G. 512,000,000,000, for a subsequent Global Depository Notes (GDNs) structuring and placement in international markets (2025).

• FMO Investment Management, in a senior unsecured A/B syndicated loan of USD 370,000,000 to Sudameris Bank S.A.E.C.A. (2025).

• Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior S.A. (Bladex) as arranger and lender, in syndicated loan of USD 120,000,000 to Sudameris Bank S.A.E.C.A. (2025).

• Banco Itaú Paraguay, and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., as arrangers and placement agents, in an international syndicated financing for USD 125,000,0000 (2024);

• Sudameris Bank S.A.E.C.A. in the merger by absorption with Banco Regional S.A.E.C.A., thus creating the largest and most important banking institution in Paraguay (2023);

• Sudameris Bank S.A. in the shareholder restructuring of Bebidas del Paraguay S.A. and Distribuidora del Paraguay S.A., negotiated and agreed with Compañía de Cervecerías Unidas (CCU) (2023);

• Sudameris Bank S.A.E.C.A., as arranger, in the structuring and execution of a syndicated loan of USD 80,000,000 for the construction of the Project “Distrito La Perseverancia” in the city of Asunción (2023).

• The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) as lender, Citibank N.A. as MIGA Credit Agent, arranger and lender, and COMMERBANK AG as lender, in a USD 100,000,000 loan for the National Development Bank (Banco Nacional de Fomento) of the Republic of Paraguay (2021) and in a USD 100,000,000 loan for the Financial Development Agency (Agencia Financiera de Desarrollo) (2022).

• Sudameris Bank S.A.E.C.A. as lender in the financing operation of USD 30 million in favor of Rutas del Este S.A. for the construction of the new route of Itacurubí de la Cordillera within the framework of the Public-Private Alliance for the design, financing, construction, maintenance, and operation of national routes No. 2 and 7 (2022).

• Itaú BBA as arranger and lender in a USD 130,000,000 financing for the design and construction of the Avenida Costanera Sur of the city of Asunción under the Turnkey Project Law Nr. 5,074/13 (2021).

• BBVA in the sale of its local branch to GNB Paraguay S.A. for an amount of USD 270,000,000 (2021).
