Sean Akins litigates complex federal and state tax matters on behalf of some of the most prominent companies, organizations, and high net worth individuals in the world. He has extensive experience trying cases before the U.S. Tax Court, the Court of Federal Claims, U.S. District and Appellate Courts, and state courts.
