Scott Greer focuses exclusively on construction law and leads the firm's worldwide Energy and Construction transactional practices. A licensed Professional Engineer, he represents owners and developers in a wide range of projects throughout the U.S. and the world, primarily in the oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, power and mining sectors, with project values generally ranging from $100 million to over $20 billion in value. He has represented clients in over two dozen countries, including the U.S, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia, including on numerous "largest-of-its-kind" and "first-of-kind" projects, for a cumulative project value exceeding $300 billion.

Mr. Greer assists owners and developers throughout the entire project spectrum, commencing at project conception and continuing through punch list completion and beyond.
