He has advised different clients including developers, investors, lenders (domestic and international) and government authorities on matters ranging from designing first-of-their-kind PPP projects to project development and finance to several high-profile M&A and joint venture transactions. His expertise is valued beyond India to the larger sub-continental region and as far afield as the South Pacific when it comes to designing cutting edge PPP projects.
