Gautam Chawla

Gautam Chawla is a Partner at the Delhi office of Trilegal and is part of the Competition practice. He advises Indian and multinational clients on a wide range of competition law matters, including complex merger control, restrictive practices, market dominance, cartel investigations, and competition compliance.

Gautam represents clients in contentious matters and regularly appears before the Competition Commission of India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and the Supreme Court of India. He handles anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominance cases, apart from advising on acquisitions, joint venture operations, and anti-trust compliance.
