Yogesh Singh has an illustrious track record of advising clients on M&A, private equity and corporate finance transactions. He has acted for international corporations, funds and investors on several marque transactions. Yogesh actively advises foreign and Indian clients on structuring and corporate aspects of their India operations/ investments, including compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and strategic employment matters. In the last seven years, Yogesh has been intensely involved in distressed asset transactions including some first of their kind restructurings/ settlements, fintech, technology and Defence (contracting, offsets, investment and policy) matters. In terms of sectors, Yogesh focuses on financial services, e-commerce, TMT, fintech, edutech, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, Defence and hospitality.

Yogesh has advised several international companies on their entry strategy and the Indian regulatory framework with Europe as a focused market. Given his involvement in cutting edge and complex transactions, he has been invited to make policy advocacy representations at various government interactions as well as to conduct trainings for senior judges and senior management of corporations.
