Practice Areas
Sarah is an expert in all areas of labour law, particularly dealing with complex discrimination claims and matters relating to trade unions. She is currently instructed by the intervenor in the Court of Appeal case of Higgs v Farmor's School litigation addressing freedom of speech and religion in the workplace. She is acting for Ms Costantine in the Supreme Court case of Costantine v Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia.
She is also a clinical negligence specialist and was Junior Counsel to the Infected Blood Inquiry.
