Senior junior who has specialised for over two decades in representing Claimants in clinical negligence and personal injury claims, and families at Inquests. Cases include complex high value claims arising from catastrophic medical conditions, including birth injuries, spinal injuries, delayed diagnosis of cancer, life changing injuries and fatality claims, including high income families.
Represented the family of Jack Adcock at Inquest following which the hospital doctor was found guilty of gross negligence manslaughter.
Represented several families at the Paterson Inquest preliminary hearings (convicted breast surgeon).
Recent inquest: Article 2 remained engaged at the conclusion of the evidence: system failure in relation to admission to hospital, allocation of a consultant surgeon and prescription of antibiotics.

Prior to the Bar, Linda was a Sister in Intensive Care at a renowned London teaching hospital. Her specialist medical knowledge and experience means that she is comfortable dealing with complex medical/quantum issues and expert evidence, and issues that require sensitivity.

Enjoys being outdoors and a keen hiker. Adopted six elephants who live in the Tsavo National Park, Kenya.
