She is particularly adept at assisting contractors involved in claims concerning defects, payment termination and final account issues. She has expertise in ADR (negotiation, mediation, expert determination), adjudication, TCC litigation and domestic and international arbitration. Her international arbitration expertise covers disputes in Europe, West Africa and the UAE conducted under ICC, LCIA, LMAA and DIFC-LCIA as well as ad hoc rules.
Sarah has extensive City firm experience, having worked during her career for Hogan Lovells, Ashurst and most recently, Charles Russell Speechlys.
