Annabelle Rout

Annabelle is a Partner in our Agriculture and Estates Team. She is based at our Chelmsford office. She joined Birketts in Chelmsford in 2013.

Annabelle specialises in agricultural property, dealing with sales, purchases and overage agreements and management of farms and estates. She advises farmers and landowners on tenancy issues, renewable energy leases notably solar, re-financing work for both borrowers and banks, farming partnership agreements as well as selling land for development under options and conditional contracts.

Annabelle is from a farming family who farm in Essex.
