Sara Biglieri assists international groups and leading companies operating in the pharmaceutical, large-scale retail, consumer goods, energy, real estate, financial, and insurance sectors in litigation, including class actions, and arbitrations. She provides in-court and out-of-court assistance in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, real estate and banking law with particular focus on corporate contracting, tort, climate litigation, product liability, and unfair competition. Sara has developed extensive experience in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations and has been appointed as an arbitrator by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and the President of the Court of Milan in several proceedings. She also specializes in the resolution of compliance issues, in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001. Sara is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Equita Group S.p.A. and serves as chairman and member of Supervisory Boards in leading Italian companies.
