Davide D'Affronto joined the Firm in 2025 as Partner and Head of the "Lending, Leverage and Aquisition Financing" Practice Area after having been a partner in the financial markets department at the Milan office of an international firm since 2011, which he led since 2020. He previously worked in the legal department of a major Italian bank and held a secondment in the London office of a leading US firm.
