Francesco Tedeschini joined the Firm in 1988 and became a Partner in 1998. From 2018 to 2021 he was the Firm's Partner of Reference. He has been the Firm's Chairman since 2021 and is still in that position.

In 1990-1991 he worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in New York.
