He advises Italian and international clients on Corporate - Private M&A, Public M&A, public companies, banking, insurance and others regulated entities with a focus on complex transactions such as mergers, divisions, acquisitions, capital increases, joint ventures, takeover bids or exchange tender offerings and listed securities.

Career

Francesco Tedeschini joined the Firm in 1989 and became a Partner in 1998. He has been Senior Partner from 2018 to 2021. Since 2021, he is Chairman of the Firm.

In 1990-1991 he worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in New York.
