Nicholas regularly assists Italian and international clients on a broad range of finance and capital markets transactions. His principal focus is on cross-border acquisition finance (sponsor-driven and for corporates), syndicated loans, unitranche facilities, private placements of debt, real estate finance, investment-grade loans and specialised loans such as NAV and loan-on-loan financings. Nicholas assists clients both under Italian and English law.
Nicholas joined the Firm in 2025 as a partner, after having been a partner in the financial markets department of an international firm in Milan since 2016. Previously, he qualified with a Magic Circle firm in London and subsequently worked with other international firms in Milan.
