He has over 22 years of experience and leads the firm’s Intellectual Property and Sports Law practice. His practice encompasses IP advisory, transactions, portfolio management, enforcement and dispute resolution, as well as sports law, media and entertainment, technology transactions and data protection and privacy. He also contributes to the firm’s strategy and business management.

He is actively involved in the development of intellectual property and sports law and has held prominent positions in global professional organisations. He has also contributed to legal discourse through publications and webinars on IP, technology, media, entertainment, sports and emerging legal developments. His areas of interest include the evolving intersection of intellectual property, technology and sports.

His work includes assisting FICA in recovering members’ dues from ICL-Zee Group and advising on related contractual matters. He has also advised sports management entities on contractual issues and sports companies on structuring and establishing leagues, including policies and related documentation. His IP practice includes advising on content development, production, acquisition and distribution, motion picture and media rights, music publishing, sponsorships and technology transactions.

He advises clients across the full spectrum of intellectual property matters, including IP acquisition, advisory, portfolio management, transactions, enforcement and dispute resolution. His experience also covers sports law, media and entertainment, technology-related transactions, and data protection and privacy. He has advised on sports leagues, contractual matters, content production and distribution, motion pictures, television and electronic media rights, music publishing, sponsorships and technology transactions.
