He advises on foreign investment, joint ventures, debt and equity funding, inbound and outbound investments, mergers and acquisitions, and promoter, founder and investee representation. His experience also includes overseas direct investment, transaction-related intellectual property, technology transfers, private equity and fund investments, and compliance matters. He has also mentored entrepreneurs and start-ups through multiple rounds of funding and exits.
