He has 20 years of experience in the legal profession, advising public and private sector clients, including corporations, PSUs, financial institutions, SEZ developers, real estate developers and individuals. He has served as an external legal consultant to the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TN RERA), Tamil Nadu Housing Board and Tamil Nadu Housing and Urban Development Department. He is also empanelled with various Banks and NBFCs and regularly advises government authorities and policymakers on legal and regulatory matters concerning real estate and urban development.

He also advises policymakers on emerging legal and regulatory reforms and is involved in professional engagements with Banks and NBFCs. He has been recognised for his professionalism and quality of advice in the real estate and corporate legal sectors.

His recent work includes advising clients on real estate litigation, title due diligence, project finance, commercial leasing, joint ventures, debt restructuring, redevelopment and RERA matters. He has advised corporations, PSUs, financial institutions, SEZ developers and real estate developers on major township, commercial and industrial projects, including liaison with government and regulatory authorities. He has also acted as an external legal consultant to TN RERA, Tamil Nadu Housing Board and the Tamil Nadu Housing and Urban Development Department.
