Purnima takes an active interest in workplace issues concerning women and has conducted workshops and training sessions on prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace, including with CII. She is a member of Internal Complaints Committees of several multinational companies and has conducted inquiries in workplace-related matters.

She advises on structuring foreign investments and ventures in India, including joint ventures, capital restructuring, amalgamations, mergers and acquisitions, and funding options. Her real estate experience includes land acquisitions, commercial leasing, acquisitions, development, planning, financing and disposals, including real estate aspects of corporate transactions. She also advises on workplace sexual harassment and conducts related workshops and training programmes.

Purnima advises on foreign investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital restructuring, business acquisitions, land acquisitions, commercial leasing and civil and commercial litigation. Her real estate practice covers acquisitions, development, planning, leasing, financing and disposals, including real estate aspects of corporate transactions and M&A.
