Sandy represents companies, boards, special committees, sponsors, agent banks, steering committees, ad hoc groups, and creditors in some of the largest Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings across a wide range of sectors, including energy, retail, real estate, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing and telecommunications.
