Mr. Choy has deep experience with the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and financing transactions involving Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and closely held companies in a wide range of industries. Sam also has extensive experience with transactions involving employee stock ownership plans.
