Greg has been on the opposite side of the table in investigations brought by multiple Federal agencies, the California Attorney General, and several California District Attorneys. The combination of his experience as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney and his stature among prosecutors in California has led to great results for his clients.

Mr. Scott also served as an Adjunct Professor of National Security Law at the McGeorge School of Law following his first term as U.S. Attorney for the E.D. of California. He retired as a lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Army Reserve after 23 years of service as an infantry officer.
